TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Business names are typically provided to the client within 2 weeks. If more time is required, the client will be advised in writing of a revised delivery date.
The client must choose 1 business name from the 3 options provided with Archivo retaining rights to the remaining 2 options.
At the time of supply, all names will be available for registration. The client will be responsible for registering the business name with all relevant channels or risk losing access to that name if it is taken by another party beforehand.
Supplied business name options suitable for registration within Australia and its territories.
The client is responsible for registering the business name with the relevant bodies and for any associated registration costs.
Archivo accepts no responsibility for any trade mark or business name breach. Ultimate responsibility lies with the client to ensure all registrations are conducted within the laws of Australia.
